3) Free Bereavement Loss Support Groups

Groups are facilitated by trained individuals who understand what you are experiencing. You will learn about grief and find ways to cope as you mourn your loss. You will become part of a small group of people who are also experiencing the loss of a loved one. Groups meet weekly for approximately 8 weeks and are offered in the spring and fall, free of charge.
Beginning week of Sept. 23: Mixed Loss Group, Child Loss Group, Women’s Spousal Loss Group, Suicide Loss Group.
